Happy Spring Break to all of my dance students in Weatherford, TX! Although we will not be having classes next week, I hope all of you understand the importance of continuing to stretch daily and practice at home to keep your body in "dance mode".
Some exercises you can do at home with minimal space is
-practicing the positions of the feet for ballet (1st-5th)
-spotting for turns
-pas de bouree'
