Crystal Frank has had over 37 years of dance training and performance experience. She has trained, as well as taught ballet, ballet en pointe, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, broadway dance, theatre arts, musical theatre, Fosse style jazz, heels, ballroom dance, latin dance, kick line, drill team, cheer, pom, and history of dance. Crystal began her dance career in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, performing at numerous Dallas Cowboy and Dallas Maverick games. She has traveled to New York, performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and has traveled to Los Angeles and Orlando to perform as well.

While Crystal attended college, she minored in dance, which has expanded her repertoire of dance styles and technique.

Crystal has won numerous National Champion awards for both team and solo performances, as well as the highly coveted Most Outstanding Dance Technique award and the Most Outstanding Projection award. Crystal served as Captain for her university’s dance team, and later was promoted to Artistic Director.

Crystal has also had over 32 years of acting, modeling, and vocal experience. She has been featured in numerous national television commercials and has starred in a national television series.

Crystal has modeled in several runway shows, and has been featured in national print ads.

She began her vocal training at the age of seven with the Texas Girls’ Choir. She later toured throughout the state of Texas performing.

Crystal was also chosen to be a Radio disc jockey for a national children's radio station at the age of ten. Crystal was a disc jockey for Radio Aahs (which later became Radio Disney) from the age of ten, through the age of fourteen.

At the age of sixteen, Crystal won the title of Miss Junior Dallas. She then competed and won the title of Miss Junior Texas. Crystal traveled to Los Angeles and competed in the Miss Junior America pageant, placing as the runner-up for Miss Junior America.

Crystal is a published author, her first novel, The Inspiring Mind of a Quixotic Girl, was published in 2015. Crystal enjoys participating in book signings and speaking at community events, including judging the Parker County Peach Pageant, choreographing for the Dancing with the Aledo Stars event, representing Elite Performing Arts Conservatory at the annual Bearcat Nation 101 event, supporting the Aledo High School Dance Team, and so much more!

Crystal has been featured, for her accomplishments in the arts, in the Parker County TODAY magazine, the Weatherford NOW magazine, the Weatherford Democrat newspaper, Voyage Dallas magazine, and the national dance publication, Be Dance.

Crystal is proud to have earned the honor of the 'Best Of' Dance School award 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. 2021. and 2022 for Elite Performing Arts Conservatory, and that the Elite Company Team has won 1st place awards in every dance competition that they have competed in since 2014.

Crystal Frank is a resident of Aledo, a proud wife, and a mother of three. She has a strong passion for the arts and sharing her love of the arts with others. Crystal truly believes that every child should have the opportunity to shine. Crystal teaches with the intent to educate, uplift, and inspire. Her passion for performing and teaching inspired her to open Elite Performing Arts Conservatory in 2013.
