2026-2027 Tuition Pricing and Policies
Registration & Enrollment
To secure a student’s place in class, a non‑refundable enrollment fee of $35 per class is required at the time of registration. Due to high demand, class spots cannot be held without payment.
All payments are non‑refundable.
Season Schedule & Tuition Structure
Our dance season runs September through May. Tuition is calculated based on the full season and divided into equal monthly installments.
Monthly Tuition

$70 per month, per class (September–May)
Unlimited Class Option
Ideal for dancers enrolled in six or more classes:

$400 per month (September–May)
Company Team

Monthly tuition includes all required Company classes and rehearsals.

Competition entry fees and Company costume costs are not included and are split into three monthly payments due June 1st, July 1st, and August 1st.

Private Training

Solo Sessions (Technique, Choreography, or Dance Cleaning): $50 per 30‑minute session $100 per 1‑hour session

Weekly Private Technique Sessions: $300 per month for weekly 30‑minute sessions $400 per month for weekly 1‑hour sessions
Semester Enrollment Fees

Fall Semester Enrollment Fee: $35 per class (processed upon enrollment)

Spring Semester Enrollment Fee: $35 per class for all current and new students
These fees reserve the student’s place for the upcoming semester and are non‑refundable.
Payment Policies

Monthly tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month.

If the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, tuition is charged the preceding Friday.

All debit/credit card transactions incur a 4% processing fee.

Declined payments incur a $35 per week late fee.

Tuition is charged in full each month regardless of absences, holidays, or studio closures.
Season Commitment & Withdrawal Policy
Enrollment signifies a commitment to the full September–May season. Monthly tuition will continue through May 2027.
To withdraw:

Email crystal-frank@elite-performing-arts.com with a 30‑day written notice.

A $200 withdrawal fee per class will be charged.

No refunds will be issued for enrollment fees, tuition, costumes, recital fees, or tickets.
Performances & Costumes
All students (except Acro, Dance Team Prep, and Private Lesson students) participate in both our Winter Performance and Spring Recital.
Winter Performance

Performance sweatshirt: $35
Spring Recital

Costume: $100 per costume

Recital Fee: $85 Includes recital shirt, trophy, and professional photos
Ticketing information is emailed to families.
Liability Notice
Participation in dance and physical activity carries inherent risks. Elite Performing Arts Conservatory, Owner Crystal Frank, and all staff are not liable for injuries sustained at the studio or during studio‑related events.
Terms & Conditions
By enrolling at Elite Performing Arts Conservatory, you agree to the following:
1. Payment & Refund Policy

Tuition is billed monthly regardless of attendance, holidays, or studio closures.

A valid debit/credit card must remain on file for automatic billing.
2. Attendance & Commitment

Enrollment is a commitment to the full dance season (September–May).

Excessive absences may affect class placement, performance eligibility, or progression.
3. Withdrawal

A 30‑day written notice is required for withdrawal.

A $200 withdrawal fee per class applies.

No refunds will be issued for any prior payments.
4. Studio Conduct
Students and families agree to:

Maintain respectful behavior toward staff, dancers, and other families.

Follow all studio rules, dress codes, and safety guidelines.

Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
Elite Performing Arts Conservatory reserves the right to dismiss any student or family for behavior that negatively impacts the studio environment.
5. Media Release
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the studio may use photos or videos of students for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials.
6. Liability Waiver
Parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of dance and agree that Elite Performing Arts Conservatory, its owner, and staff are not responsible for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio events.
7. Policy Updates
Elite Performing Arts Conservatory may update policies at any time. Families will be notified of changes via email
