2025-2026 Tuition Pricing and Policies
To be registered and have a reserved spot in class, you must pay your non-refundable registration fee of $35 per class that you are enrolling in. Our classes fill up quickly, therefore, students are not fully registered until payment is received.

Our season of dance runs from September through June, tuition is based on a full dance season and is split into monthly payments as follows:

Students who enroll by 06/30: $58 per month (June through May) per class enrolled in
Students who enroll by 07/31: $64 per month (July through May) per class enrolled in
Students who enroll by 08/31: $70 per month (August through May) per class enrolled in
Students who enroll 09/01-05/01: $78 per month (month of enrollment through May) per class enrolled in
Adults who have a child enrolled in at least one of our classes receive a discounted tuition of $35 per month (September through May) for their Adult Dance and Fitness Classes

We offer an unlimited classes option, which is beneficial for students who enroll in six or more classes. Our unlimited classes tuition is split into monthly payments as follows:
Students who enroll by 06/30: $333 per month (June through May)
Students who enroll by 07/31: $364 per month (July through May)
Students who enroll by 08/31: $400 per month (August through May)
Students who enroll 09/01-05/01: $444 per month (September through May)​

Company Team:
All current Company Team dancers are automatically placed on the appropriate Company Team, based on age and skill level, for the following season. Once a dancer is invited to be one of our Company dancers, they are not required to audition again for the following season. In the event that a dancer wishes to no longer participate as a Company dancer for the following season, written notification via email is required to be sent from the dancer's parent by 05/28. Emails may be sent to crystal-frank @elite-performing-arts.com. Any Company dancer who withdraws after 05/28/2025 is responsible for all Competition entry payments and costume payments, as well as monthly tuition payments. They will also be charged a $150 re-choreography fee per routine, along with their $50 withdrawal fee per class that they are withdrawing from. No exceptions.
Competition entry fees and costumes are not included in the monthly tuition. Company rehearsal classes and all classes required of Company dancers are included in monthly tuition. Competition entry fees and Company costume costs are split into three monthly payments processed on 06/01, 07/01, and 08/01. Contact Owner, Crystal Frank, for a full breakdown of Company Team costs.

Solo/Duet Choreography: $250 flat rate

Solo Choreography Session: $50 per 30 minute session, $100 per hour session

Weekly Private Technique Sessions: $200 per month for 30 minute session, $300 per month for one hour sessions

Fall Semester Enrollment Fee: $35 per class enrolled in (processed upon enrollment in order to reserve student's spot in class)
Spring Semester Enrollment Fee: $35 per class enrolled in (for each current and new student, to hold their spot in class for Spring semester)

Full season tuition may be paid in full upon enrollment to receive a 10% discount.

Monthly tuition will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month (as specified above) through our credit/debit card processing system. If the 1st falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, tuition will be charged on the Friday prior to the 1st. If a payment is declined, a $35 per week late fee will be charged. All students are required to have a card on file for monthly tuition payments.

Tuition is based on a full dance year (September-June) and is pro-rated into monthly payments. Full monthly tuition is charged, regardless of absences or holidays.

By enrolling, students are committing to a full season of classes. Monthly tuition will be charged through May 2026, regardless of absences or withdrawals. In the event that a student chooses to withdraw, an email should be sent to Owner, Crystal Frank at: crystal-frank@elite-performing-arts.com informing of the intent to withdraw. A $50 withdrawal fee, per class the student is withdrawing from, will be charged. Students who choose to withdraw will still be responsible for their full season tuition, all Winter Recital fees and performance shirt cost, Spring Recital costume deposits, Spring Recital Fees, and Spring Recital costume payments. All payments are non-refundable.

All students will perform in our Winter Recital and our Spring Recital. For our Winter Recital, students will have a performance shirt (cost $30). For our Spring Recital, we will have costumes (costume cost is $100 per costume) and a Spring Recital Fee of $80, which covers the student's recital shirt, trophy, and professional recital photos.

Tickets for our recitals are $15 for adults, $10 for children.

With sports and physical activities, there is a risk of injury. Elite Performing Arts Conservatory, Owner, Crystal Frank, and the staff of Elite Performing Arts Conservatory are not responsible for any injury sustained at the studio or at studio events.
